Grant Keys can help you to Shape Your ProjectImprove Become StrongerUnderstand Funders

You will have access to a funding expert of over 20 years and a National Lottery Funding Officer for 4 years on the Reaching Communities programme assessing applications and managing awarded grants. In this ever challenging environment of accessing funding for the voluntary sector of reduced grant awards and increased competition it is imperative that organisations submit strong applications for survival.

This support is for revenue projects only.

You will work with someone who has assessed National Lottery funding applications at both Stage 1 and Stage 2 and has sat on various decision making panels awarding grants. This is an opportunity not to be missed!

Here are the Grant Keys 6 stages of support:

Let’s Talk

Let’s meet and discuss what you are trying to achieve.

Tell us about why you need funding from The National Lottery.

Often there is more than one route to securing funding from The National Lottery, we could explore the options and agree the best way forward for your organisation.

Collaborate

We can work together reviewing service delivery, communication with community, practices, monitoring and evaluation.

What needs to change?

How can changes be made?

Value

Organisations know the value of their work and often struggle to articulate the differences made so that funders fully understand what they are supporting.

We can produce a package of benefits that fit with your narrative and speak to assessors at The National Lottery.

The Missions

Grant Keys can work with you to understand The National Lottery missions – an area that many applicants fail to comprehend.

We will ensure that the missions you identify are logically explained in your application.

Measures

Review current measures for collecting information about the benefits of work delivered by your organisation.

Identify measures that will evidence differences made for grant monitoring reporting

What measures are feasible for your organisation?

How can new measures be implimented?

Application

Once we have carried out the previous 5 steps we can then start to write an application

We will work together and discuss how information can be utilised in applications to other funding bodies

When the writing is complete you can submit your application.

Good luck!
